August 17th - Learn to Event at Percy Warner

$20 per rider/horse combination for MTPC

Protective Vests are now REQUIRED for ALL riders in addition to MEDICAL ARM BANDS and HELMETS at all times during Open Schooling as well as the Learn to Event.

July 29th - 3rd Serendipity Pony Camp

Serendipity Pony Camp is available to all students at Serendipity Stables ages 5-17. Students will learn about horse care, psychology, health, and different breeds and disciplines. Mounted instruction will be geared towards dressage and jumping. Students may bring their own music and will learn how to choreograph to create musical freestyle (design their own pattern to match the music).  During lunch break students will get to do some craft projects, including painting instruction by Artist, Emily McIntosh. Students will also get to organize a show on Saturday, which will include designing jump courses, organizing ride times, and creating a show packet for the audience (parents).

Students should bring their lunch, and dress appropriately for riding (riding breeches, heeled boots, and helmet). Students should be dropped off at 8:00 AM and picked up at 5:00 in the evening each day.

$275 for the week

Reserve your spot by emailing Emily at mciemily13@gmail.com. Reservations must be made by July 12th. Limited spots available so reserve soon.

It will be a super fun, educational week!

Great Day at Rojas Ranch

Picture
Mary did a fantastic job at her first show. She had two beautiful rides on Sultan, placed 1st and 2nd in her classes, and was the highest scoring Junior (rider under 18) of the day.

Barnabe (4 yo Swedish/Arab) did excellent for his first time being ridden in a new place with only a month of dressage training. He did a very respectable job, no spooks or silliness. It will be fun to see his progress as he gains strength and balance.

(Photo: Mary and Sultan)

This was also Zahaila's (4 yo Trakehner) first show. She won both her classes and earned the highest score of the  day.
